Grinding versus the alternatives, honestly

Chemical rot takes years and still leaves a stump; digging excavates a crater and your budget; burning is illegal most places and medieval everywhere. Grinding wins on every axis - an hour of machine time turns the stump into mulch below grade, and the lawn takes the spot back within a season.

Common questions

Can I plant a new tree in the same spot?

Offset a few feet is best - old root mass competes with new roots. We'll grind deep and advise placement while we're there.

What happens to the grindings?

Your choice: left as mulch fill that settles naturally, or hauled off with soil and seed finishing - priced clearly either way.

Do you do just stumps without removals?

All day - stump-only routes run weekly, and multiple stumps on one visit price kindly.
